    Toto Wolff: Empathy over engineering (E51)

    Toto Wolff is Team Principal & CEO of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. After a short racing career competing in Austrian Formula Ford, Toto pursued a business career and found a new outlet for his talent – investment. He founded his own investment companies and in November 2009, Toto merged his passion for racing and investment by investing in the Williams F1 Team. By July 2012, Toto was the Executive Director of the team, playing a key leadership role as Williams scored its first win in eight years that season. Less than a year later, Toto was announced as managing partner of the Mercedes-AMG F1 Team in January 2013 after purchasing a 30 per cent stake of Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Ltd. Subsequently appointed Head of Mercedes-Benz Motorsport at the end of 2013, Toto went on to assume full responsibility for the entire Mercedes-Benz motorsport programme. Under his leadership, the Mercedes-AMG F1 Team has clinched seven consecutive Formula One Double World Championships.     E50 - Neil Fachie: How to avoid getting stuck; the power of pivoting

    Neil Fachie is a long-standing member of the Great Britain Cycling Team. Neil is a 2012 Paralympic champion and reigning world champion and tandem kilo world record holder. A track and field athlete at his debut Paralympics, Neil made the switch to track cycling in time for the London Games four years later winning gold and silver in the tandem B events, for athletes with a visual impairment. It is an area in which the Scotsman has proved dominant, winning 14 gold medals at UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships between 2009 and 2020 in the tandem B kilo and sprint disciplines. Neil also added another Paralympic medal to his collection in 2016, winning silver in Rio. Neil's book 'Earn Your Stripes – Gold Medal Insights for Business and Life' is out now.     E49 - Stephen Hendry: No compromise; the cost of high performance

    Stephen Hendry dominated the game of snooker in his prime. He won the World Championship in 1990 at just 21 years of age, a record that still stands today. The Scotsman played on for a further 27 years and in that time he topped the world rankings for eight consecutive seasons, won seven world title wins, six Masters titles and five UK Championships. Dubbed the ‘King of the Crucible’, Stephen changed the game and many would argue that he is the greatest snooker player of all time. Stephen retired in 2012 and became a regular face of BBC’s snooker coverage, but now, after an eight-year absence, he will return to snooker’s main circuit.     Susie Ma is the founder and CEO of Tropic Skincare, one of the UK’s fastest-growing skincare brands. Few successful entrepreneurs could claim to have more of a quintessential ‘rags to riches‘ story than Susie.     E46 - Sol Campbell: The importance of roots and wings

    Sol made 646 appearances for five different clubs between 1992 and 2011, as well as playing 73 times for England, taking part in three World Cups and three European Championships. Sol, who began his professional career with Tottenham, enjoyed his most prosperous seasons with Arsenal after making a free transfer ahead of the 2001-02 season. At the Gunners, Sol went on to win two league titles and two FA Cups, scored in the 2006 Champions League final and was part of the legendary “Invincibles” team of 2003/4. Sol spent three years at Portsmouth, which included captaining the side's win in the 2008 FA Cup final. Since retiring from playing, Sol has managed Macclesfield Town and Southend United.     E43 - Osi Umenyiora: How small details deliver big differences

    Osi Umenyiora was one of the NFL’s leading defensive ends for nearly a decade becoming an American Football icon in the process. Osi was drafted by the New York Giants in 2003 out of Troy University and spent his first 10 seasons with the franchise before signing a two-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons in 2013. Osi played on the Giants teams that won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI. He piled up 85 sacks in his career, 75 of those with the Giants to place him fourth on the franchise's all-time list.     E42 - Kevin Sinfield: How to inspire through your actions

    Kevin Sinfield is the current Leeds Rhinos Director of Rugby after returning to the club where he became a legend. Kevin won seven Grand Finals, two Challenge Cups, three World Club Challenges and three League Leaders Shields in his time with the Rhinos. Kevin played 521 games for the club, finishing with 3,968 points including 1,832 goals. Since leaving the Rhinos, he took up the position as Rugby Director with the Rugby Football League and was a key part of the World Cup management team that took England back to the World Cup Final in December 2017. In 2020 Kevin set the challenge to run 7 marathons in 7 days hoping to raise £77,777 in honour of his best Rob Burrow, who wore the No 7 shirt.     E40 - Eddie Jones: How to relentlessly pursue perfection

    Eddie Jones one of the most experienced and decorated coaches in Rugby Union and the current head coach of England. Since taking over in in 2015, Eddie has orchestrated a complete revival of the national team, winning the Six Nations back-to-back, including England’s first Grand Slam in a generation and their first-ever whitewash of Australia in their own backyard. Eddie also led the team on their longest-ever winning streak, matching the world record held by the All Blacks. Eddie’s career has spanned four World Cups: from the 2003 final, working with South Africa when they won in 2007, and causing one the greatest upsets in the game when he masterminded the Japanese victory over South Africa in 2015.
