I know there are days that it feels absolutely impossible to raise these tiny humans and love every second of it. But I am here to tell you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. You are strong, you are brave, and you can do hard things!! And it is OKAY if you don’t love every second of it!! Motherhood is wonderful, but it’s also HARD. This is a space where we are real and raw and honest about the tough stuff, celebrate the great stuff, and give kind and supportive feedback and suggestions to fellow mamas in the thick of raising wild ones. Every episode, I (and many of our guests) will dish you a dose of real-life experiences and actionable advice for building the mindset you want, creating unshakable confidence, and embracing your true self.
