He has contributed to projects at every major film studio and has produced more than 90 Hollywood red carpet premieres, collaborating with a wide array of high-profile talent. Since 2022, Aaron has worked in the Physical Production department of the Live Action Feature division of Walt Disney Studios, helping bring big-budget theatrical releases to life. In 2024, he co-authored the first comprehensive industry guide to the portrayal of bi+ characters in film and television—a landmark resource for inclusive storytelling. Beyond the screen, Aaron is an active voice in the nonprofit space; advocating for LGBTQ+ representation, environmental sustainability, and social equity.
