התוכן בחמישי דפ' כי תבוא נאמר "ובאו עליך כל הברכות האלו והשיגוך", שגם כאשר ישנו "שוטה" הבורח מן הברכות מבטיחים לו שהברכות ישיגוהו! וההוראה: דובר כמ"פ אודות הצורך להתנהג עם כאו"א מישראל באופן של "ימין מקרבת", ועאכו"כ בחודש אלול, חודש הרחמים. ישנם כאלו שמצד הטבע של נפה"ב או מפני שגדל ונתחנך ללא הרכות והחום של "אם" וכיו"ב, צועק ורוגז על יהודים! וגם בחודש אלול, כשהמלך נמצא בשדה "ומקבל את כולם בסבר פנים יפות ומראה פנים שוחקות לכולם" – אינו יכול לפעול בעצמו לברך יהודים!
