Chris Hicks--Once an Outlaw
Singer/songwriter/guitarist Chris Hicks has played with the royalty of Southern Rock since joining The Outlaws in 1989. Growing up in the same part of Georgia that spawned Marshall Tucker and the Allman Brothers, Chris has written and played some of the genre's classics that shine to this day. Moving back and forth between The Outlaws and the Marshall Tucker Band for extended stints with each, he's coming to The Cut with some long-time band mates in Almost An Outlaw. Clinton Fearon
Reggae legend Clinton Fearon talks wit us about growing up near Kingston, Jamaica and getting his first inspiration to be a musician after hearing the Skatalites. He made his own guitar and by the age of 18 was performing with the Gladiators. At the end of a US tour he visited the Seattle area and decided to stay, where he live now. Juanito Pascual
Juanito Pascual was introduced to flamenco guitar while in high school on a trip to Spain. While studying classical guitar at New England Conservatory, he formed the Juanito Pascual Trio, but carried on his earlier passion for the music of the guitar greats of the 1960s.The idea of interpreting Jimi Hendrix's compositions in the flamenco style led to this latest project which he brought to a night at The Cut.
