The next time you're tempted to tell someone what to do, try one of these instead: ❌ "That won't work." ✅ "What if...?" ❌ "Here's the answer." ✅ "I'm curious..." ❌ "I don't know." ✅ "Imagine if...?" A few of my favourite coaching questions: • What if there was another way? • What options have you already considered? • What are you not seeing? • What would have to be true? • Where could we start? The moment you move from telling to wondering, people start thinking for themselves.
