Elizabeth Holmes Posts A Cryptic Message From Prison

Elizabeth Holmes has issued a new message from federal prison, saying she was “silenced for a long time” and is still fighting to prove her innocence. The former Theranos chief executive also says future social-media posts written personally by her will now carry the initials “EAH”, separating her own words from those posted by the team managing her account. This episode explains what Holmes said, what her criminal convictions actually covered and why the timing matters. A new documentary, You Can See Everything, is due for release in October, while Holmes has also been approved for a move to a Texas halfway house in August 2027. We examine what has changed, what has not changed legally, and why Holmes’s new direct-to-public messaging could become an important part of the next phase of the Theranos story.
