Today on Sunday SoulDay we have soul fueler Meredith Marshall, a multi-talented artist, known for her roles as a singer, songwriter, actor, narrator, author, and recovery sponsor. Her passion for the performing arts ignited during her childhood, and she subsequently graced the screens in various movies and TV shows, including notable titles like "Valet Girls," "White Sands," and "The New Leave It to Beaver."

Additionally, Meredith's musical talents have contributed to the soundtracks of films such as "Earth Girls Are Easy," "Flying," and "Whole Nine Yards." Her remarkable journey in the music industry led to record deals with prestigious labels like Atlantic, Capitol, and Geffen, catapulting her to international stardom and earning her gold and platinum records across Asia, Latin America, and Europe.In 2013, Meredith showcased her singing prowess on "La Voix," the French Canadian counterpart of "The Voice."

Today, Meredith calls Quebec home, where she continues to nurture her love for music and live performances. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Quebec has brought her invaluable gifts, including her 18-year-old son and cherished friends who have become like family.

Meredith also actively participates in the Coda (Codependents Anonymous) 12-step recovery group, dedicated to fostering healthy relationships with others. This involvement has sparked her latest venture: collaborating with Alli on a recovery book that guides individuals on their journey from seeking external validation to embracing self-love and self-trust.
