I’ve always watched the Halftime Show because I need to know if someone can do it better than Beyoncé, Shakira, Kendrick and Lady Gaga but other than that, I had never paid attention to the sport itself. Because they sure do sound like basketball terms.     Some ‘‘language teacher’’ tried to scam me into joining their MLM scheme which is hilarious in hindsight but OOOO I was angry when it happened. Fraud exists everywhere but it sucks even more when it targets language teachers or students. The protagonist is a timid boy who sometimes gets possessed by a Pharaoh spirit that makes him more intimidating and THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS TO BORDER COLLIES WHEN THEY GO INTO ‘WORK MODE’. Inside the house they are the silliest cutest puppies but the moment they step outside they lock in and there’s nothing you can do. So no more Yu-Gi-Oh dogsitting for a while, thank you.     I used to sleep on a yoga mat, then arthritis knocked on my door (and my joints) so I had to buy a mattress LIKE EVERYONE ELSE and I’m shocked at how hard it is to find a mattress & pillow that work for me?? I have developed major beef with memory foam. Worst material ever, whoever created it definitely hated arthritics. I yearn for sleeping on the floor again but alas, the joints crave softness.     I went to a Galentine’s event and they delivered on NONE of the things they had promised. Literally nothing happened. It’s my fault for having expectations but GURL, there was supposed to be an Outfit Competition. I walked in that event like Zendaya herself, expecting a citizenship, a damehood and THE KEY TO THE CITY for how good I look(ed). I blew everyone out of the water, but like Eurovision 2020, no contest took place.     This is a topic I’ve done a complete 180 on. I used to be the google calendar friend, the one who’d ask ‘are you free next year July? I’m in your city on the 15th, let’s go out for a coffee!’ and I’d fully expect you to accept my calendar invitation. Nowadays it’s a 50-50 whether I’m willing & able to meet *in an hour*, let alone a year.
