Episode 247 Olivia Jordan is the first and only woman from Oklahoma ever crowned Miss USA, and she has built an acting career across NCIS, Hawaii Five-0, Dollface and a run of Lifetime leads. She is also one of the most honest guests I have had about what pursuing a dream actually looks like. She set out 15 years ago wanting to be a series regular on a TV show. That has not happened yet. She is still going, and she can tell you exactly why. We talk about how she checks in with herself when the outside voices get loud, why the growth she can measure year over year is the real reward, and what it takes to stop living on someone else's timeline.
