After gigging out West, Rob and Paul crash in Bristol and have a go on Eastville parkrun. Featuring sitcom-style house-sitting, Autumn blowing in, long run training, religious frisbee, pre-parkrun preparations, the run itself, DFYB, line theft, conkers, trees, lakes, birds and a motorway, Rob's shonk, Paul's dog, and sharing the parkrun love.
