About Quality Remarks

Keith Klain is a technology leader, Chartered Management Consultant, writer and international speaker working across AI assurance, operational risk, quality engineering and management accountability.

For more than 25 years, he has led global technology organisations and complex transformation programmes across financial services, consulting and enterprise technology. His current work focuses on how organisations evaluate AI-enabled systems, understand technology risk and determine whether the evidence supporting important decisions can actually be trusted.

As an advocate for workforce development and social impact, he has designed and delivered technology training curriculum for non-profits to create technology delivery centers in disadvantaged communities.

Keith is a contributing author to Taking Testing Seriously: The Rapid Software Testing Approach, has served as the Executive Vice President of the Association for Software Testing and has received multiple awards and recognition for his contributions to the software testing profession and diversity in tech.
