    Send us Fan Mail Week 1 in Nashville was ugly. The Jets left Nissan Stadium with a 23-10 win, and four years of Titans frustration walked right into the conversation. In this episode of Press Man Coverage, we break down Titans vs Jets and talk about the difference between fair criticism and pure venom. Some of what we saw is real. Some of it is just the last four seasons boiling over. The tape was rough. Tennessee was outgained 367-195 and managed just 11 first downs. Cam Ward finished 19-of-32 for 140 yards and a touchdown, under pressure all afternoon. The run game never got going. Special teams gifted New York a short field. Breece Hall punched in a score while the Titans had 13 men on the field. The crowd booed the offense off the turf. There were slivers: Joey Slye’s first field goal of the year, Carnell Tate’s first NFL catch, and Ward’s touchdown dart to Elic Ayomanor. That was not enough to hide the rest of it. The Tennessee Titans improved to 2-0 under first-year head coach Robert Saleh with a scrappy, come-from-behind win over the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks at Nissan Stadium. Seattle’s backups jumped out to a 16-3 first-quarter lead behind a 36-yard touchdown pass from Drew Lock to Elijah Arroyo and a 69-yard touchdown run by Jacardia Wright. Tennessee answered the only way this group knows how right now — grinding, special teams excellence, and late-game execution. Joey Slye was perfect on four field goals (including a 55-yarder), and D’Ernest Johnson punched in the go-ahead 2-yard touchdown with 5:45 left to seal the 19-16 victory. Cam Ward played three series (8-of-12, 69 yards), the starters on both sides of the ball had their issues, and Saleh made it clear afterward: “It’s got to be better.
