A month on from winning gold at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham, Ireland's Mark English joins the podcast to talk through his 2026 season - the best of his career so far. Agnes Ngetich | World cross country champion and 10k road world record holder

Hannah and Rich wrap up the day two action in Budapest, where Keely Hodgkinson finished second to Audrey Werro despite the Olympic champion admitting she tore her hamstring just four weeks ago. At the age of just 17, Phoebe Gill represented Great Britain at the Paris Olympics having won the British 800m title - it was a rapid rise for a runner many think will be a generational talent.
