Welcome to our UK local election special with the acclaimed authors and journalists Oliver Eagleton and Paul Holden. Oliver Eagleton is Managing Editor of Phenomenal World and author of The Starmer Project: A Journey to the Right (2022). Paul Holden is an investigative journalist and author with 15 years experience investigating corruption. He is the author of The Fraud: Keir Starmer, Labour Together and the Crisis of British Democracy (2025).
