TACPs Explain Pros and Cons of the Air National Guard

On this week's episode of the Ones Ready podcast, we sit down with Ben and Cody who are Air National Guard TACPs and discuss what some of the differences are between USAF Active Duty and Air National Guard.  We go into detail about the transition from Active Duty to Air National Guard, how someone can go straight into the Guard if desired, and what daily life is like as a Guard member.  Though this is focused on TACPs, much of the Air National Guard nuances translate directly over to the Guard Special Tactics Squadrons.  Each until in the Air National Guard handles their recruitment process differently in both the Special Tactics Squadron and Air Support Operations Squadron realms.  Please enjoy this episode and give us your feedback.
