Three pitfalls to avoid when delivering feedback

Feedback is both one of the most important skills to master as a manager... and one of the toughest. 

But in trying to make a tough situation easier, we sometimes make the mistake of assuming how the situation will go before before we enter the conversation - allowing ourselves to bias the situation.
