3 ways to overcome burnout as a manager

We're all feeling a little stressed right now, and for many of us, that has our Sunday Scaries firing on all cylinders. 

But fear not, in today's episode, I share three ways to deal with and hopefully prevent burnout as a manager:
1- Adjusting expectations
2- Managing up
3- Asking for help
