André 3000, Lindsay Clancy, Luke Muller

In this episode, I talk about the Lindsay Clancy case, which has been dominating the news lately. I share my thoughts on the public reaction and the broader societal implications surrounding the story. It's a heavy topic, but one that felt necessary to address given the current climate. Then, I take some time to remember my friend and former college teammate, Luke Muller. I share a tribute to his life, his incredible talent as a baseball player, and some of the memories we shared on the field. It's a somber reflection on a life gone too soon, and my thoughts are with his family. I also cover other topics, such as the Derek Chauvin trial, Eric Swalwell, upcoming Apple AirPods features, a few of my favorite funny posts online, the passing of Hayden Panettiere, and many more.

I Think I Know: Living Through Covid Era, Frozen Eggs & Tucking Your Junk

We are back in the States after an awesome summer in Medellin, Colombia. We really enjoyed the culture, the people, and the food during our stay. Fortunately, we left just two days before a major earthquake struck the region, though our friends there reported that Medellin was largely spared from the worst of the damage. In this episode, I break down the recent CNN interview between Dana Bash and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. regarding public health policies and the COVID-19 pandemic. They discussed the impacts of lockdowns, the origins of the virus, and the ongoing debate surrounding vaccine safety and mandates. It was a fiery conversation that highlighted the deep divisions over how the pandemic was handled. I also touch on a variety of other topics, including a new set of funny online posts, AOC freezing her eggs, the WNBA, tucking your junk, money & investment updates, and so much more.

Dr. Fauci, Sinaloa Cartel, Romo DUI, Andrew Tate, Psychedelic Reset

I start this episode by discussing the recent life sentence of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, the founder of the notorious Sinaloa Cartel. This news hits close to home as I share some of my own personal experiences dealing with the cartel during one of the darkest periods of my life. Although it was a terrifying ordeal, surviving those intense emotions and fear has ultimately given me a much deeper appreciation for my life today. It is a stark reminder of how far I have come and how much my perspective on materialism and relationships has changed for the better. I then dive into the latest surrounding Dr. Anthony Fauci, discussing his recent Senate committee hearing where he pleaded the fifth, the contents of his released diary, and the broader implications of the COVID-19 pandemic response. I also touch on other topics, such as money stuff, the Minnesota madness, Romo DUI, Andrew Tate, psychedelic reset, and so much more.

Inside the Mind of a 5-Year Old with Aria Dantonio

In this episode, I chat with my 5-year-old daughter about our travels, her favorite foods, the realities of growing up, and whatever else crosses her mind. She may be little, but she has huge aspirations and a lot of love to give. She shares her ongoing obsession with quesadillas and lentils, and gives her take on the fundamental differences between boys and girls. We also dive into our recent travels, from our past trip to Estonia to our current stay in Medellin, Colombia. I ask her about her top travel destinations—Costa Rica is still a favorite—and we discuss the challenges of learning to ride a big-girl bike without training wheels. Her future plans caught me by surprise. She has everything figured out, from teaching fifth grade to eventually stepping back from the classroom to become a mom. Spending this time with her is a wonderful reminder to slow down and appreciate the small moments that make life truly special.

2026 Fun Facts, Ibogaine Success, Medellín Cost Breakdown (from Medellín)

I start this episode sharing some fascinating facts from the first half of 2026. I cover everything from personal finance and the rising median age of first-time homebuyers to the massive growth in sports betting. I also touch on global trade shifts, the increasing demand for electricity, and some surprising statistics about everyday life. The world around us is changing fast. Then I get into the best thing that happened to me this past week. I share a personal story about a friend overcoming an 18-year opiate addiction using Ibogaine. It’s a powerful reminder of the importance of speaking up, asking for help, and the life-changing impact of having a supportive community. I also touch on the England vs. Argentina World Cup match, the cost of living in Medellín, funny online posts, AI and technology, socioeconomics, and much more.

Dr. Drew, 72 Minutes to Chaos, America’s Exceptional (from Medellín)

This episode kicks off with Dr. Drew’s discussion with retired Intel officer Drew Miller about societal collapse and grid-down scenarios. Miller warns that in the event of a total grid failure, chaos could erupt in as little as 72 minutes, with millions of gang members and prisoners turning into marauders. We would need weapons, self-defense, community, and "prepping," painting a stark picture of how modern dependency on government and technology could accelerate a swift breakdown of order. Then I dive into American exceptionalism, reflecting on how the United States has repeatedly shown its unique character throughout history. From fighting a war within itself to end slavery, to rebuilding former enemies like Japan and Germany after World War II, America’s capacity for self-correction and generosity is unlike any other nation. America remains exceptional. I also touch on World Cup updates, lying, jury duty experiences, funny online posts, modern feminism, and much more.

Soccer, Coffee, Withdrawals, Anchor Babes (from Medellín)

I start this episode with coffee and caffeine, getting into Michael Pollan’s book—This Is Your Mind on Plants. I share how caffeine affects us—our alertness, productivity, and why we love it so much. I explore the history of coffee, its introduction to Europe, its role in achievement, and the surprising health benefits and risks that come with our daily brew. Then I get into soccer and the World Cup. I talk about watching matches in Latin America, the excitement around goals, offsides debates, and why Team USA struggles compared to nations where the sport dominates. I also share funny comments from fans, my own experiences at games, and also touch on the influence of American football on soccer talent. I share funny online posts, money & personal finance, smoking/vaping, the Opium Wars, and much more.

Dream Logic, Stupid American, Crushing Communism (from Medellín)

I start this episode diving into the Joe Rogan Experience episode featuring Chase Hughes, a behavioral expert and military PsyOps trainer. Hughes shared fascinating insights on eliciting information through statements rather than questions, and his discussion about DMT and dream logic was mind-bending. He explained analogies about consciousness, dream perception, and the fractal nature of reality, which had me taking notes. The conversation highlighted how dream experiences can mirror reality and Rogan challenges our understanding of infinity. Then, I cover the political whirlwind in Colombia, where Abelardo “El Tigre” De La Espriella secured victory as the next president. Outgoing President Gustavo Petro reacted with calls to scrutinize the vote and warned of “fascism” if his opposition prevails. The election here reflects growing frustration with narco-economics, as cocaine remains Colombia’s top export and accounts for a notable portion of GDP. El Tigre’s plans for mega-prisons and a tougher stance on cartels have energized Colombians seeking a conservative, security-focused future. Most Colombians I've asked are fans of President Trump. I also touch on global communism, my Songkran experience in Thailand, the doublet earthquake in Venezuela, sports updates, money & investment updates, and so much more.

UFC, SpaceX, Rape Report, Geography, Michael Jackson, NY Knicks, World Cup (from Medellín)

I start this episode with social issues and political commentary, covering the UFC event at the White House, the Michelle Obama trans discussion, left vs. right debates, the Southern Poverty Law Center controversy and Communism. Also the massive UK rape gang scandal and new social media bans for teens. Then I share thoughts on the Michael Jackson Netflix documentary and his legal trials, the jury’s decisions, and the "follow-the-money" angle that left with me more questions. Finally, I give a sports update on the NBA Finals, money stuff and investing in SpaceX. There's also a short geography & history lesson, focusing on how America prospered and why Latin American countries are still "developing." And much more.

Racial Killings, Crooked or Stupid, Wealth Comparisons

I start this episode with two brutal murder cases that shook the West. Henry Nowak, a young British man, was stabbed multiple times by a Sikh attacker, tragically dying in handcuffs after being falsely accused of racism. On the other hand, 17-year old Austin Metcalf, a promising young athlete, was stabbed to death at a track meet by an entitled POS. All this is emblematic of failed leadership. They're supposed to protect us, to uphold justice, give appropriate sentences, and it'd be great if they didn't fan the flames of racism. I reflect on how these knife crimes expose how vulnerable we all are, and the broader breakdown of law and order. Then I get into what I call "the best movie ever," focusing on Joe & Dr. Jill, the ongoing E. Jean Carroll saga, and the media’s handling of Trump vs. Obama. And of course I mention the actors and actresses in media who pretend they're unbiased, like Kristen Welker and Scott Pelley. Finally, I give a sports update, money & wealth insights from a Charles Schwab study, traveling to Medellín, Colombia, and much more.

Lil’ Bro Got Hitched! (from Charleston, SC)

My guest is Michael Loomis aka Lil Bro! He returns to the podcast after making his first appearance last year at the Man Overseas Retreat in Costa Rica. This time we’re in Charleston for an even more special occasion—Michael & Elyse got married! In this episode, we get into wedding preparations and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with that. Michael talks about his excitement as the big day approaches. Also his biggest concerns. We cover why they chose to wed in Charleston, South Carolina, and the balance they’ve struck between traditional ceremony and personal touches. We discuss why Michael loves his job, the NBA, and his new bride (but not in that order—on the pod or irl). Michael shares how he thinks about investing and the future of real estate. He also talks about the possibility of the newlywed couple moving to Charleston. This conversation is full of insights on love, life, and God’s plan—he holds back, sometimes he don’t. The lil bro I never had fills me with pride. And I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did.

The Afterlife, Andreessen’s AI Tips, J6 Exposed Again

In this episode, I talk about the afterlife, diving into David Eagleman’s book Sum and his theories of what happens after you die. For example, the "Circle of Friends" theory that the afterlife will be filled only with people you remember. Then I get into AI and technology, sharing Mark Andreessen’s insights on how advanced AI models now outperform 99% of experts and how asking the right questions is the key skill in this new era. I also discuss AI’s role in healthcare, creative problem-solving, and how it will change the value of emotional intelligence. I wrap up with updates on sports, J6 exposed again, simulation theory, Netflix's A Deadly American Marriage, Operation Barbarossa, and much more.

Roasts, The Crash, Wemby, Jordan, Pizza Hut

In this episode, I talk about the Netflix Roast of Kevin Hart, breaking down why it fell short compared to the Tom Brady roast. I talk about the weak dais, predictable height jokes, and underwhelming performances from guests like Lizzo and Draymond Green. Shane Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe were good, but overall the roast was long and didn't have enough funny people. Then I get into cross-cultural dating, including why Asian women often prefer white men. I share a story about a dating app experience in Thailand, the perceived masculinity gap between white and Asian men, femininity levels of white women and Asian women, and how these cultural traits influence attraction and relationships. I also give a Sports update, Pizza Hut nostalgia, real estate & rental market trends in U.S. cities, Netflix’s The Crash, my car buying experience, and much more.

Remigration, Savannah Bananas, Paying the White Price

In this episode, I talk about my recent trip to Mexico, where I experienced the wondrous benefits of medical tourism. I break down the cost comparisons between having routine procedures done in the US vs. Mexico. You'll be amazed at how much you can save doing geo-arbitrage while enjoying a 5-star getaway (if you so choose). Then I get into racism. I talk about who “brought racism back" to America, the rise of systemic racism narratives, DEI and identity politics, and the way media and propaganda have shaped public perception. I talk about how these narratives divide the country and how free speech plays a role in combating them. I also touch on Trump’s visit to China, social media censorship, stoicism & Ryan Holiday, sports updates to include the World Cup and Savannah Bananas, finance & markets—and much more.

Assassins, Soulmates, Ryan Holiday, Brain Reframing

I start this episode reflecting on the idea of soulmates and continue the discussion of Scott Adams’ book, Reframe Your Brain. I dive into how promises and compatibility shape relationships more than the elusive concept of a single soulmate, and how reframing fears, humor, and self-perception can enrich life. The conversation also touches on how meeting more people can increase your chances at love and how reframes can help manage the ups and downs of relationships. Then I cover the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting and the dramatic response of law enforcement on the scene. I also recap Brandon Gill’s powerful exchange with an abortion advocate during a House Judiciary subcommittee hearing, where he exposed the stark realities behind abortion procedures. These events highlight the ongoing tensions in political and social discourse, with media reactions and public safety both under the microscope. I also touch on a new round of funny social media posts, high school/college class rings, Norah O’Donnell’s interview with Trump, stoicism, global top 1% income comparisons, and so much more.

    Arsenio Hall, Brain Reframes, SPLC

I start this episode exploring Scott Adams’ book Reframe Your Brain. I share highlights like transforming fear of embarrassment into a tool for learning, viewing problems as puzzles, and using positive reframes to handle mistakes and criticism. Adams also emphasizes stress management through environment, fitness, and focusing on what you can control. Then I talk about reframing life's challenges, from letting go of the past to boosting self-esteem by earning respect. I also go over tactics like imagining a fresh start, treating life as a game or movie, and using your physical environment to influence your happiness and productivity. I also cover Arsenio Hall, Ibogaine, the Southern Poverty Law Center investigation, positive thinking, and so much more.

False Prophets, Evil Dictators, Eric Swalwell, Trump v Pope, Household Net Worth

I start this episode diving into The False Prophet documentary, a 4-part Netflix series that exposes a self-proclaimed prophet. The show highlights how he was able to manipulate idiots who surrendered their wives and daughters to this creep. It's hard to believe. But worth a watch if you're into true crime and/or cult stories. Then I get into the Eric Swalwell saga & the Hungary election. Swalwell’s political collapse shows how quickly the pro-democracy party can coup you when one-party rule is threatened. The ruthlessness of communist politics and their propaganda arm in the media is unlike anything we've seen in the US, at least in my lifetime. Meanwhile, Hungary has voted out Viktor Orbán after 16 years, I talk about Budapest and how this election might impact the nation’s culture, borders, and relationships with the EU and beyond. Also, as usual, I share funny social media posts. And Trump’s beef with Pope Leo, the OpenAI lawsuit, communism, and much more.

    NASA, Opioids, Ibogaine, Polymarket

In this episode, I talk about the Texas Ibogaine initiative featured on the Joe Rogan Experience. I share my own history using opioids, including the life-saving impact Ibogaine had on me. Rick Perry and Brian Hubbard’s advocacy has Texas leading the charge and I’ve never been more proud to be a Texan. They’ve secured $100 million in funding! Ibogaine is truly a miracle plant that can change lives. Then I cover the incredible survival story of the American airman shot down in Iran. After ejecting from his F-15, he hid in the mountains for over 24 hours, using his survival training to avoid capture until a massive US rescue operation brought him home. US Forces sent hundreds of troops, different decoys, and blew up their own aircraft to save him. That one story alone will likely boost enlistment. USA! USA! USA! I also touch on the 2026 NCAA Men’s Final Four & National Championship, autism and human evolution, NASA’s Artemis II mission, Trump’s Easter message, stock market performance, and much more.

    Demons, Hoops, Kings, Woke Women

I start this episode talking about March Madness, specifically the UConn vs. Duke game. Duke led 40-21 at one point, but late in the game, one of the Boozer boys made a critical mistake. It was the most boneheaded move since Chris Webber called a timeout he didn't have. Then I dive into the book I’m currently reading, Balls by Clay Travis. The book examines how identity politics & cancel culture have changed sports, starting with Bruce Jenner’s transsexualism ushering in an era where sports became more about politics & social issues than performance. I also share some YTD on the stock market, OJ Simpson, and what Nietzsch would say about woke women today. Finally, I discuss the No King thing, the feminization of men, and so much more.

March Madness, Visual Acuity, Uncomfortable Conversations

In this episode, I share my trip to Lake Charles for March Madness. I met up with former guest, Michael D'Albor, at L'Auberge, which has a sportsbook & heated pools. Lake Charles is an ideal place to meet my Louisiana friends—I could see doing this for March Madness an annual thing. Then I get into visual acuity and its importance, especially for baseball players. I talk about having uncomfortable but necessary conversations with my kid. For example, what to do if she were to get lost. I often see parenting as a balance of short-term discomfort for long-term benefit—especially as it pertains to kids' safety. I also touch on MLB call-ups, TSA agents, profiling at airports. I talk about the Bachelorette scandal, the impact the Iran situation on crude oil & markets, Costco’s Kirkland Signature brand, and much more.
