It's all about declarations and people getting back together, other people calling it off. Tonight there was a big recoupling and a lot of rearranging is in order as far as the sleeping arrangements. We're not sure we're 100% on board with all of the couples but it was definitely time to sort some things out. We're sharing our opinions and giving our predictions for the next episode and who might be getting dumped next.
We're annoyed today because we have to dedicate most of the pod to talking about Jasmine just crying all over the villa! We're getting into what the boy should and shouldn't have been saying, surprise bursts of emotion, how Lola and Fitzy keep losing us and predictions for how they're going to cut down on the number of islanders in the villa. We did forget to talk about Priya, Mica and Samraj's three way chat but honestly it was just more of the same and we honestly forgot about them. Plus- if you could help solve the Frosted Flakes jingle argument for us, that would be grrrrreat!
It's finally here, movie night!!!! But first, Simba and Kavan are sticking to or going back on who they want post Casa Amor. These boys make absolutely no sense. We're still mixed on Julia and Lola, doesn't seem like either of them really have it together. Lola and Fitzy are starting to feel icky, and movie night possibly has less context than ever?? We're looking forward to the next half to really nail down how we feel about how the producers have handled this one.
After taking a day off for the 4th, we're back! We've got the tail end of movie night, going over how the islanders acted, who held themselves accountable and apologies healing a rift in the villa. Then, it's right into which couples are or aren't working and why, which comes through in a slightly tedious recoupling and over complicated dumping vote. Maybe the votes weren't as honest as the could've been if they'd not been informed it was a dumping. We wrap up with our predictions for the next episode on who's getting dumped//voted least compatible by the public. If you missed it, our episode on the first half of the week and part 1 of movie night went up on wed, it's episode 33!
Apparently it takens men 24 hours to figure out whether or not they want you, so let's all make a note of that! It's all about the casa girls today, from Julia and Lola's fight, how Lorenzo handled it and Martha throwing Samraj under the bus/ getting the ick from Aidan. But are these girls possibly making something out of nothing? Then we get into how everyone is mad at Simba and Kavan, and they're right. We're loving how these girls are taking no shit!
We've finally gotten to the Casa Amor fallout, and it's both not as bad and even better than we expected. We're talking delusional boys who are enablers and weirdos who expected to have their cake and eat it; The girls on the other hand handled themselves so well. We're just hoping they won't take these weirdos back. Plus, some girls calling eachother bitches? What's up with that? Of course we're wrapping up the episode with some of our hopes and predictions for tonight's episode!
It's casa Amore recoupling time and once again, men are trash! Well, these BOYS are. We're going through each couple in the order of the recoupling and talking what we were expecting vs the reality. There were some true shocks, and we're seeing more boys stand on business regarding the way they moved than in recent seasons. The jury's still out on whether it's actually better or worse. As always, we wrap it up with predictions for the next episode.
We're giving you two USA episodes this week in honor of movie night being in two parts! We recorded late at night so we're a little loopy but we really lock in about 10 minutes in! Thats when we really start digging into all the drama around the villa up until movie night. If you want to skip straight to movie night, we get into it around the 40/41 minute mark. Mercury in retrograde came in hot so thanks for bearing with us as we get into out groove!
We're back and breaking down the down the casa amor drama! Some boys and some girls are staying more loyal than others, and some boys are really going wild. From Fitzy and Fin being on their mostly best behavior, to Kavan and Simba going wild then Yasmin kind of surprising us but not really. Of course Priya and Aidan seem to be having a tougher time than expected, but it's really about the Casa girls secret mission to sneak pics of the boys. It's all a mess in there, we recorded late night so we're a little loopy and you might hear a cat having zoomies so thanks for bearing with us!
Same shit, different Casa Amor. The boys are moving mad, the girls are being respectful and spending a lot of time moping and thinking about guys who are doing them dirty. Everyone seems to have paired up quickly, Casa has lots of kisses going around for everyone but Aidan the beg. Simba has also managed to leave a girl in tears in less than 24hrs? We'r talking which of these casa couples might actually stick and the juicy preview we got of the casa girls completing a secret challange.
Casa amor is finally here and everybody is having chats! We're just trying to keep track. We start off with the news of a removed bombshell, then more onto the rest of the bombshells and who seems to be feeling who. We wrap up with our predictions on which islanders head will turn and who will stay loyal by the end. (sorry for any choppy audio the internet did not seem to be on our side)
Some how it's been simultaneously the worst and best week of the season. From a serious switch up with the heart rate challenge, at least one dumped casa amor girl and quite possibly the raunchiest challenge in love island history, it's been a LOT– and that was just the start! We saw the return of the Casa Amor postcard from UK seasons past and some seriously questionable recoupling decisions. However, there were some sweet moments. We're getting into all of it and hoping the public made the right choice with there votes because there was only one way to go!!!
We're straight into the rest of the receipts and tea challenge, where the producers went for Jasmine and Simba over anyone else. Why aren't Mica and Samraj getting as much heat??? The Yasmin/Jasmine/Lorenzo/Kavan square is driving us up the wall. We get into who's justifies and who's not and the current view of the public. Gigi thinks we need a new phrase for gaslighting someone into convincing them they're doing something they're not doing. Lastly recoupling speeches/results and predictions heading into casa amor.
We're half asleep today but we still dragged ourselves out of bed to talk about Love Island UK!! First up is who Ellie and Lorenzo and whether or not they made the right choice-- Plus how nice it was to see Lorenzo's emotional side. Then we get right into the Receipts and Tea game and who's standing on business. Then the real topic of the episode and the big square in the villa between Lorenzo, Yasmin, Kavan and Jasmine. Are we all-- Kavan, Yasmin and other islanders included, speaking Jasrenzo into existence????
We're talking heart rates, so of course we're talking spit and Kavan's clear insecurities. Then we're talking who wants who back, even if they can't get them back. Simba's out of the dog house and Samraj has FINALLY made a decision. Lastly, the results for favorite boy and girl are in and the bottom six have been revealed so we're predicting who will get sent home vs who we want to go home!
We're going over all the fights from last night's episode, who's wrong, who's right and who's sides we're on regardless. Priya and Samraj are confusing the hell out of us and Tina is our new client for giving Aidan his Karma! Then of course the girl's half of the heart rate challenge and the public votes are finally open so we're predicting who will be in the bottom three!
Oh boy, what is Samraj thinking? We're not sure if we're on anyone's side in this Micah/Samraj/Priya triangle to be honest. We touch on he couples getting the ghost edit, how Kavan got talked out of locking Jasmine doown, Simba's in the "dog house" and Bebe Rhexa's comments. Then we talk never have I ever and if Tina might be EXACTLY the kind of girl Aidan needs, if she can even be bothered putting up with him. A little bit of predictions at the end as usual, but there was no tomorrow night to go off of!
ARE back scratches a bigger deal than a kiss??? We're getting into how bad the Samraj/Priya/Micah situation is becoming and then dissecting a crazy islander's vote dumping gone wrong. As the dumping took up 3/4 of the episode, there's not much else to get into!
We're talking what a long complicated but some how boring week it's been! Can they just trash this season already??? We're talking about how messy this all is but some how also we have basically FOUR OG couples still standing; make it make sense. From America coupling up the bombshells meaning basically nothing, to couples island, the first hideaway couple, gross ass challenges, down to that brutal dumping. Sorry in advance for all the explicit sexual things we'll be repeating in this episode!
We're talking about what is quite possibly the MESSIEST episode of the season so far??? Tommy is f-ing around and finding out AGAIN, and Ellie reacts by proving she's our gurl! We talk love confessions, Simba getting shut down and bombshells seating their picks which resulted in a heart breaking dumping. Then Aidan FINALLY getting rejected for a kiss, and finally where we stand on Mica, Samraj and Priya.
