In this episode of Light Among Peers, I read Genesis Chapter 12. God calls Abram to leave his country, his people, and his father's household for a land He will show him. With that call comes a powerful promise: Abram will become a great nation, his name will be made great, and through him all the families of the earth will be blessed. We also see Abram's journey into Canaan, the famine that drives him to Egypt, and the difficult situation that unfolds with Pharaoh.
