Letting Go Podcast

Mai Wongsupa Johansen

For the woman who loves deeply
and feels deeply.
Learn to let go of attachment and love without suffering.

If you’re someone who is capable, self-aware, and used to figuring things out…
but you also feel deeply—
and that depth is what’s keeping you stuck on your ex—

this podcast is for you.

You’ve thought about it from every angle.
You’ve taken responsibility.
You understand what happened.

And still… you’re not over them.

Not because you don’t understand—
but because something in you is still holding on.

You can be strong in every area of your life…
and still feel completely undone here.

This podcast helps you let go of emotional suffering.
It helps you release attachment—
so you can love freely, without suffering.

I’m your host, Letting Go coach Mai Wongsupa Johansen,
and I guide you through the process of letting go—
not just in the mind, but in the body.

You’re here on purpose.
God did not forget about you.
This is not punishment.

This is your awakening.

And somehow, this will be used for good.
This, or something better, is unfolding for you.

    Watch me let go

This episode will find the right person. It’s different from many of my other episodes. I felt a deep call to just share it as it is and let it be what it is. I believe it’s powerful and that it will dissolve pain, ties, attachment, and hurt in someone who needs it today.

    Drop the Struggle

Dropping the struggle to move on is letting go. This is for you if you’re too smart for your own good. In this episode, I walk you through how to get yourself out of the trap highly self-aware women fall into — analyzing, ruminating, and overthinking about their ex. It’s time to start using your intelligence and your loyal heart in your favor instead of against yourself. P.S. You’re not suffering because you still love them. You’re suffering because you’re resisting accepting that you lost. And this episode moves you one step closer to that acceptance.

    How long time?

You don’t need to wait for time to heal all wounds. There is a real time frame for healing and I share what I know to be true as a letting go coach who has successfully helped people let go after divorce and breakup.

    Why Are You Holding On?

You’re not the kind of woman who falls apart too easily. You’re capable, resourceful, and independent. You have many friends, a career or a business you’re proud of. You know how to connect with all types of people, and you know how to create chemistry. You’re used to making things work. And yet… this breakup or divorce is the one thing you can’t seem to let go of. You keep asking yourself: Why can’t I just let go? Why am I still holding on? Why am I still giving all of my energy and power to this? You tell yourself you should be able to let go, because intellectually you know the dynamic wasn’t healthy for either of you. So why are you still holding on? Part of you believes it’s all your fault. That you were too emotional. That you sabotaged the relationship. That if you had just done things differently… maybe they would have stayed. But the reason you’re holding on isn’t because you’re weak. In this episode, I’m going to walk you through why you’re actually holding on, give your heart and mind some gentle clarity, and show you why the shame you feel about not being able to just let them go might actually be the very thing keeping you stuck.
