Judge Calls Out Trump for Pressuring Pirro to Prosecute the Innocent for Reflecting Pool Failures!
Donald Trump gave two no-bid contracts to his cronies, which is why the reflecting pool renovation failed spectacularly! To cover up the true reason for the renovation failure, Trump pressured DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro to prosecute somebody, anybody, for the damage to the reflecting pool liner. Caving to dear leader's demands, Pirro indicted an innocent, 67 year-old former Olympic athlete, David Hearn. However, a judge dismissed the case agasint Hearn. In a new development, the judge held a hearing to determine if he should prohibit the Department of Justice from ever re-brining the criminal case against Hearn by dismissing the case "with prejudice." During the hearing, the judge said to the prosecutor, "The president of the United States is pressuring your office . . . to recharge Mr. Hearn (on) what you have decided is meritless.” I just sat down to discuss this recent court hearing with Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News. Problem: Supreme Court Corruption. Solution: IMPEACHMENT!
You don't need to be a lawyer or a judge or even familiar with the code of ethics that governs lawyers and judges to know that judges are supposed to be independent and impartial. Judges can't be partisans, especially not political partisans. Especially in this day and age when the Republican Party and the Democratic Party are in court fighting one another - all day every day. But, of course, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has blow through those ethical rules and prohibitions. Supreme Court REFUSES to Take Up $5 Million E. Jean Carroll Win. Case Permanently CLOSED!
The Supreme Court rejected a request from Donald Trump to reconsider its previous refusal to hear his appeal of a $5 million sexual abuse and defamation verdict won by writer E. Jean Carroll, finalizing the payout. The $5 Million Verdict: The high court officially turned away Trump's petition for a rehearing, keeping the 2023 jury finding and judgment fully intact. Trump Loses in Two Courts, Now Begs Supreme Court to Let Him Have his Vanity Ballroom
The DC circuit court of appeals ruled that Donald Trump must stop constructing his vanity ballroom on the White House grounds, ruling that his conduct was unconstitutional. They ruled that way because only Congress can spend money to construct a government building. And it wasn't only the court of appeals that ruled against Trump - the court of appeals was affirming the trial court judge's ruling that Donald Trump's conduct is unconstitutional and it must stop. But now, another one of Trump's former criminal defense attorneys - Solicitor General John Sauer - is asking the Supreme Court to allow Donald Trump's unconstitutional conduct to continue.
