    IMPEACH. CONVICT. REMOVE.

At a campaign rally, Donald Trump said about Iran - "let them take Los Angeles, let them take San Francisco, it's a small price to pay." Trump is grossly and inarguable unfit to continue serving as president. Impeach. Convict. Remove. Trump Finally Puts the Lie to His Mail-In Voting BS!

For years, Donald Trump has railed against voting by mail, falsely claiming that it is terrible, horrible, corrupt, susceptible to massive fraud, even calling it "catastrophic." Well, Trump has now put out a statement urging people to . . . vote by mail. Why does anyone still listen to this conman, crook, and abject liar? Glenn reviews how Trump has exposed himself as the liar he is (and has always been). Renee Good's Family Sues ICE Agent Who Killed Her!

In what might be the first possibility for justice for the killing of Renee Good by ICE Agent Jonathan Ross, Renee's family has filed two lawsuits: one - a wrongful death suit - against Ross, and the other, a Federal Tort Claims Act lawsuit against Stephen Miller, Kristi Nom, Tom Homan, and Greg Bovino. Glenn does a deep dive into these two lawsuits and discusses the possibility/likelihood that the federal government may ultimately seek to settle these suits rather than proceed to trial. Todd Blanche ADMITS & Tries to Explain Why the DOJ is Violating Court Orders

Todd Blanche filed an ethics complaint against 7 federal judges in Minnesota. First of all, this is performative nonsense, and reminiscent of when the DOJ sued 15 federal judges in Maryland, only to have the lawsuit promptly thrown out. But during a press conference to announce the ethics complaint; Blanche ADMITTED that the DOJ is defying court orders, and he even tried to explain why. This conduct is the stuff of disbarment, as well as the stuff of impeachment. Trump's Bad Day in Court

Donald Trump unconstitutionally revoked the press credentials of CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, and those three news organizations sued Trump for his unconstitutional conduct. During the hearing, Judge Timothy Kelly - a Trump appointee - was extremely skeptical of the arguments made by Trump's hapless DOJ lawyers about how Trump's actions had anything to do with national security. Glenn reviews today's court hearing and why Judge Kelly is likely to rule quickly against Trump. ICE Agent Indicted In Both State and Federal Court

When Donald Trump sent masked immigration agents to Minneapolis during "Operation Metro Surge" in January, we all saw - captured on cellphone videos - ICE agents engaging in countless acts of excessive force, violent assaults, and unconstitutional conduct in violation of the Fourth Amendment's prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures. At long last, we now have our first criminal indictment of an ICE agent for crimes committed in Minneapolis back in January. Glenn reviews and explains the two indictments - one in state court and one in federal court - charging former ICE agent Christian Castro with numerous crimes. Judge Calls Out Trump for Pressuring Pirro to Prosecute the Innocent for Reflecting Pool Failures!

Donald Trump gave two no-bid contracts to his cronies, which is why the reflecting pool renovation failed spectacularly! To cover up the true reason for the renovation failure, Trump pressured DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro to prosecute somebody, anybody, for the damage to the reflecting pool liner. Caving to dear leader's demands, Pirro indicted an innocent, 67 year-old former Olympic athlete, David Hearn. However, a judge dismissed the case agasint Hearn. In a new development, the judge held a hearing to determine if he should prohibit the Department of Justice from ever re-brining the criminal case against Hearn by dismissing the case "with prejudice." During the hearing, the judge said to the prosecutor, "The president of the United States is pressuring your office . . . to recharge Mr. Hearn (on) what you have decided is meritless.” I just sat down to discuss this recent court hearing with Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News. Adam was in the courtroom covering the hearing in the Hearn case.
