Killer Mom Trial: TikTok Testimony Debate As Medical Experts Refute Postpartum Psychosis Defense

Another full day of testimony continued on Tuesday in the Lindsay Clancy trial, but it began with a debate between the defense and prosecution over a potential defense witness. Clancy’s attorney wants to call a social worker to the stand who posted on TikTok about the hospital Lindsay admitted herself to in the weeks leading up to killing her three children. While the judge considers that request, jurors heard from two nurse practitioners who treated Clancy and maintained that while she talked of wanting to die, they did not believe she was suicidal and still do not believe she suffered from postpartum psychosis. Did The U.S. Gov't Put U.S. Lives at Risk to Protect Trump?

As news of Trump sneaking off Air Force One continues to make headlines, people are questioning the decision to leave unsuspecting journalists and White House staff members on a plane that had a credible enough threat to remove the President from it. Air Force One essentially became a decoy aircraft to hide Trump’s actual ride, a nearby military jet. Reaction online has been swift and harsh, many calling the President a coward, shameful and weak for hiding in a catering truck while Americans were potentially put in harms way. Dethroned Miss NC USA Who Used N-Word, Now Has A Lawyer… Wait Until You Hear His Statement

Former Miss North Carolina USA Brittany Boltinhouse has not publicly acknowledged nor apologized for resurfaced social media posts showing her repeatedly using the n-word over the course of several years. Now, her newly acquired attorney took to social media to announce an investigation and pending litigation against Miss USA and you will hear his entire statement. In it, he claims they have “recorded evidence” that the Miss USA organization had no justifiable reason to remove the title from their client, and insists Boltinhouse lost her crown because of her religious and political beliefs. Trump Lies To The World (But For Good Reason This Time)

We are just learning about a secret operation that took place in front of the world: President Trump boarded Air Force One in Turkey last month, but immediately sneaked out the side entrance and onto a catering truck. That truck promptly whisked him away to a military jet, leaving the press corps and members of his staff thinking they were flying back with the President, unaware he was on an entirely different plane. This was all arranged amid Iranian threats to the President’s life, and given Turkey’s proximity to Iran, it was deemed the safest way back. We wonder how those journalists feel now that they know they were used as decoys. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Killer Mom Trial: Brutal Takedown, A Cross Examination Like We’ve Never Seen Before

It was a jaw dropping cross examination that lasted for most the day on Tuesday. Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney revealed the main psychiatrist treating Lindsay Clancy had only been practicing for one month while claiming to be an expert in postpartum issues. Dr. Jennifer Tufts had to admit that she completed most of her residency during COVID, and that she never once saw Clancy in person until that very day in the courtroom; all of their sessions were via zoom. The defense scored major points tearing apart Dr. Tufts assessment and treatment of Clancy, at one point saying Tufts’ choice of prescription drugs “pushed her over the edge.” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Death Investigation Underway After Black Woman Found Hanging From Tree In Mississippi

It’s been exactly one week since 29-year-old mom of 4, Tasia Fortune, was found hanging from a tree in the back of an abandoned home in Jackson, Mississippi. The medical examiner’s office is conducting an autopsy, but as of this recording, police have not said whether they suspect foul play or suicide. Of note, a Jackson City Council member has asked the U.S. Attorney’s office for help investigating, as Fortune’s family is demanding answers and justice. Over the past decade in Mississippi, there have been 3 other tree hanging deaths of black men, all of them ruled suicides over the objections of their families. He Wrote A Book About Killing Tupac; Today He Goes On Trial For Murder

The trial of former gang leader, 63-year-old Duane Keith Davis begins today, three decades after the 1996 shooting death of rap icon Tupac Shakur. Davis isn’t accused of being the triggerman that night on the Vegas strip, but he’s accused of supplying the gun and orchestrating the killing. Davis has pleaded not guilty to first degree murder, but it was Davis’ own 2019 memoir and his public comments afterwards which detailed his role in the killing that landed him behind bars and on trial for his life. Killer Mom Trial: Wild TikTok Conspiracy Theories Claiming Patrick Clancy Is the REAL Killer, NOT Lindsay?

As we continue to follow the testimony in the “Killer Mom Trial” in Massachusetts, it’s hard to understand how posts on TikTok alleging a wild conspiracy theory are getting so much traction. Tiktokers are claiming Lindsay Clancy’s husband, Patrick, is the person responsible for the strangling deaths of his three young children and that HE pushed her out of the window, rather than her jumping out of the window to end her own life. With the defense clearly acknowledging that Lindsay murdered her children, saying she’s not guilty by reason of insanity, we discuss HOW so many people could come to this bizarre conclusion. Killer Mom Trial: Hot Mic “Shut Her Up” Controversy, Psychiatrists Testify “No Signs Of Psychosis”

As week 3 of testimony continues in the Lindsay Clancy trial, fireworks erupted in the courtroom on Friday. The defense attorney for the mom who says she killed her three young children because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis, accused the prosecution of saying “shut her up” about Clancy’s sobbing as autopsy photos were shown to jurors. The judge ultimately put out a warning to the courtroom about any inappropriate comments, as two psychiatrists who treated Clancy dominated much of the testimony. Both doctors testified that Clancy showed no signs of psychosis. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The family of Perez Hilton has updated fans on his condition, saying he’s in serious, but stable condition and will require surgery in the coming days. Hilton’s family acknowledged he is hospitalized under the Baker Act, which allows someone to be committed to a mental health treatment center for up to 72 hours. The family is also asking the media to leave the family’s home, to stop following and taking pictures of Hilton’s children and to give the family space and privacy. The irony was not lost on many celebrities who suffered from Hilton’s vicious posts, but one in particular, Ireland Baldwin, led the way in grace and kindness in her powerful response. That Ain’t Usher! R&B Legend Accused Of Sending Out Lookalike At NY Concert

The internet has gone wild with speculation after Usher’s concert Saturday night at Met Life Stadium. Videos and photos are circulating showing what some fans are saying is a clone, or a look a like, on stage instead of Usher, singing “Love In This Club”. We aren’t sure where we stand after carefully looking at the clips, but some fans are demanding their money back, saying they didn’t pay good money to see a stand in sing an Usher song. Meantime, Usher has responded by commenting on one of the posts, saying “Ya’ll are funny. Clone? You can’t clone this.” Hmmmmm…. He didn’t exactly deny it? New Dating Trend That Resembles A Rom-Com: Eventationships, Can They Actually Lead To The Real Thing?

We had a blast going over the latest dating trend making the rounds on social media: eventationships. It’s described as an agreement between two singles who commit to being each other’s plus ones, especially around wedding season. Sounds like the exact plot of the 2005 rom com “The Wedding Date” starring Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney, however it’s now a thing…. Or was it always? We discuss how it works, how it can get messy, and why we actually think this may be how our relationship started. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

7 Signs Your Marriage/Relationship May Be Over

This is a fascinating conversation spawned from a Yahoo article this week that details the small, and sometimes invisible signs your relationship is done. Having lived through breakups and divorces, these seven signs were eye opening and validating. The first and most notable sign: the arguing stops. Experts say the last year of a relationship is often the calmest one on record. We go over the other signs, like who is the first person you tell good news to? Does he show affection when he walks past you, or is there just an obligatory kiss goodbye each morning? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Ousted Miss NC Speaks Out: Conservative Christian Beliefs, NOT Racist Posts Cost Her Crown!

Is she for real? Former Miss North Carolina Brittany Boltinhouse gave a 12 minute interview to The Carolina Journal where she never once acknowledged, let alone apologized, for several years’ worth of social media posts where she uses the n-word. In fact, Boltinhouse, who is Latina, went so far as to say she believes she was stripped from her title because of her political stance (she supports Trump) and her Mormon faith. We have some thoughts. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
