    The King of Beijing! Novak Djokovic puts his perfect 29-0 record on the line in the Chinese capital. I think he's a big danger to win it all! Plus, a look at the WTA 1000 in Beijing and ATP Tokyo 500

    Djokovic returns to his best ever tournament, putting a 29-0 perfect record on the line. I think he’s very live to pull out a win and he’s in our list of picks here. Elsewhere, Tokyo, playing a lot faster than Beijing, sees a loaded top half with Alcaraz and Fritz on course for a repeat in the semis of last year’s final. Find out who I think takes advantage in the bottom half.     Sinner out of the Asian Swing? Will we see him at all before the Aussie Open? Zverev year end number one take a big move forward, and why I have no time for the Laver Cup!

    Sinner pulls out of Beijing but I fear we won’t see him at all now until Vienna at the earliest or perhaps even Australia in January which to me is almost more likely at this point. That would open the door even further for a Sascha Zverev year end world number one.     The men’s tour joins the women’s in the trip east and settles in Hangzhou and Chengdu for a pair of 250s this week. Daniil Medvedev is the star attraction but at his price he’s an easy swerve for me.     Singapore has attracted a very decent field here which I jump into in the later part of the show. I expect us to see a Mirra Andreeva vs Alex Eala final, and wouldn’t the tournament organisers be delighted to see that!? Amanda Anisimova might have something to say.
