APEX 2026. Keiron Technologies created a huge level of interest at APEX

The LiFT (Laser-induced Forward Transfer) technology is designed for highly complex boards manufactured in low to medium volumes.The system can use any approved solder paste material. New materials have to go through a 5-7 day qualification period.
