Prof. Paul Bender, who argued Arizona Christian Tuition Organization v. Winn before the U.S. Supreme Court, will discuss why the Supreme Court erred earlier this month in denying standing to Arizona taxpayers to challenge indirect voucher subsidy benefiting religious schools.
