L.A. sidewalks just got a whole lot more… hospitable. The L.A. City Council voted 10-3 to yank the anti-camping bans from a dozen spots across Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Echo Park. Urban campers are officially invited to roost, stretch out, and make themselves at home! Meanwhile, in Sacramento, the CA Energy Commission doesn't need your permission, your vote to impose the USA's first mandatory efficiency standards for replacement tires.
