Ep. 84 Goodbye But See You Soon!!! <3 -T&T

Hi our lovely MILFs community! It feels so good to be uploading an episode again but it does not come without a heavy heart for the news we are sharing today. First off we want to thank each and every one of you for your patience over the last couple of months as we navigate big life changes (ICYMI WE ARE BOTH PREGNANT!!). We've been soaking up all the love and joy from the first few months of pregnancy and it just feels so special that we get to both go through this at the same time again. With that said, we've had to ask ourselves the tough questions of how much we can take on and ultimately came to the conclusion that this podcast deserves 110% of our effort and attention and it is just not something we are capable of doing at the moment. We truly cannot express enough gratitude for the space we have created together. The last almost 2 years has given us some of our fondest and proudest moments in life and in motherhood. It's given us so much purpose connecting with you all, sharing our personal journeys, & spreading comfort and knowledge through our wonderful guests. But THIS IS NOT GOODBYE! Although, Did We Just Become MILFs may be coming to an end, you'll still be seeing a lot of us both on our separate channels where we hope to share the same kinds of content that brought us all together in the first place. To stay in touch with us make sure you're still following: TORI: Instagram: HERE TikTok: HERE MILFS Youtube (she'll be taking over!): HERE Substack (she'll be taking over!): HERE TAYLA: Instagram: HERE DWJBM Instagram (she'll be taking over!): HERE TikTok: HERE This podcast has been the biggest blessing building together and the memories will last a lifetime. We love and appreciate each and every one of you and can't wait to stay connected through all of our motherhood journeys. xx T&T

Ep. 83 Honest Mom Talk With Sarah Merrill Hall: feeling lost, perinatal depression, & laughing through ALL of the chaos

This week we’re joined by the hilarious and unfiltered Sarah Merrill Hall — creator of Big Kid Problems and host of the hit podcast Bottle Service. Sarah has a knack for turning life’s most chaotic, unglamorous moments into comedy gold, and motherhood has only given her more material. We dive into her shift from cracking jokes about adulting struggles to finding the funny in spit-up, meltdowns, and all things mom life. Sarah opens up about getting lost in the identity shift that comes with becoming a mom, the “can’t make this sh*t up” moments from pregnancy and postpartum, and how humor has become her secret weapon in surviving the messy middle of motherhood. She also gets real about the surprises no one warns you about, her experience with postpartum (& perinatal) depression and how she overcame it, and the hormonal rollercoaster every mom deserves a manual for. And of course, we cover what she wishes every new mom could hear when they’re in the thick of it — depleted, doubting themselves, and just trying to make it through. Ep. 82 Big Kids, Bigger Feelings: how to regulate your nervous system while teaching your child to process theirs with Alyssa Blask Campbell

Parenting in the thick of toddlerhood can feel like a rollercoaster of meltdowns, overstimulation, and mom guilt. In this week’s episode, we sit down with Alyssa Blask Campbell—CEO of Seed & Sew, emotional development expert, mom of two, and author of Tiny Humans, Big Emotions and Big Kids, Bigger Feelings—to talk about how to regulate your nervous system while teaching your child to process theirs. Alyssa walks us through her FACTS method (Food, Activity, Connection, Tune Out, Sleep), a simple but powerful check-in tool for parents who feel like they’re one scream away from snapping. We also dig into her Collaborative Emotion Processing (CEP) Method, a 5-step framework for helping kids feel safe experiencing big feelings, while building coping strategies that last a lifetime. You’ll hear real-life scripts to use instead of “You’re fine!” or “Calm down,” repair strategies for those inevitable moments when we lose our cool, and grounding tools that actually work when the house feels like chaos. Whether you’re desperate for ways to keep your calm in the heat of a tantrum or looking to raise emotionally resilient kids, this conversation will leave you feeling equipped, supported, and a little less alone. Because at the end of the day, you don’t have to be a perfect parent—you just have to be a present one who’s willing to feel, repair, and try again. We’re back with Part 2 of our astrology deep dive with Jill Wintersteen, founder of Spirit Daughter, and this time we’re talking all about your kids. Last week, we explored how our own charts influence how we show up as moms. This week, we’re diving into our children’s zodiac signs, their emotional blueprints, and the unique family dynamics that astrology can help us understand. We also unpack how different signs mesh or clash within a family unit, how to work with your child’s unique vibe, and what to know if your house has a lot of fire or water energy. And for fun, we ask Jill which signs would make the “easiest” babies if you happened to be family planning by the stars. We wrap with a rapid-fire round of mini humans and their zodiac quirks like which sign is the old soul, which one’s the class clown, and who’s most likely to cuddle you into emotional submission.
