A disaster recovery test can look fine on every dashboard and still fail the second someone tries to log in. A healthy server and a working service aren't the same thing. This piece looks at what actually makes a failover work: getting data to the right place, bringing systems up in the right order, and making sure people can reach it. The real difference between traditional DR and DRaaS is how much of that gets figured out before the disaster, not during it.
