Ep. 29 Journal with me : 12 week goals | feed the fire

This week, we're continuing our October theme of EMBER as we explore what it takes to build momentum and keep moving towards the things that matter to us. Last week, we focused on finding our spark and reconnecting with the goals we want to work towards over the next 12 weeks. This week, we're looking at what happens after that initial excitement fades, and how we can create the right conditions to keep showing up for ourselves. Because setting a goal is one thing, but building the habits, mindset and support systems that help us follow through is another. In this week's episode, we'll reflect on the patterns that can hold us back, the expectations we place on ourselves and how we can make progress feel more achievable, even when motivation is running low. Why motivation alone isn't always enough to keep us moving forward. The patterns that can get in the way of following through on our intentions. How we can make our goals easier to work towards by creating the right conditions. The impact of our inner dialogue when progress feels slower than expected. How small, intentional changes can help us build sustainable momentum. This week's theme invites you to consider how you can better support yourself throughout our 12-week goal challenge. Rather than putting more pressure on yourself to do everything perfectly, we're exploring how to work with your own needs, routines and circumstances to make progress feel more manageable. The full set of five journal prompts, complete with guidance notes and this week's reflective exercise, is available inside Patreon Journal Club. Next week, we'll move from preparation into action as we explore how to turn our intentions into tangible steps. We'll look at what's been keeping us in planning mode and how we can begin making meaningful progress, even when we don't feel completely ready. For now, remember that you don't need to do everything at once. Sometimes, keeping the fire burning simply means making it a little easier to show up again tomorrow. ep.28 Journal with me : 12 week goal challenge |find your spark

Welcome to October and the beginning of a brand new month of journaling. Our October theme is EMBER , a month about finding your spark, building momentum and taking intentional action as we move into the final three months of the year. This week, we're starting with Find Your Spark. Before we can take action, we need to reconnect with what we're moving towards and understand why it matters to us. We'll explore the goal we'd love to move forward over the next 12 weeks, what's been holding us back, and what could become possible if we finally chose to show up for it. This isn't about having the perfect plan or knowing exactly how everything will unfold. It's simply about finding somewhere to begin. We'll explore: What we'd love to have moved forward by the end of the 12 weeks The deeper reason behind the goal we're choosing What could become possible if we followed through What may have been holding us back What showing up for ourselves could actually look like The full set of prompts, guidance and this week's journaling exercise are available inside Patreon Journal Club. October is just the beginning of our 12-week goal challenge, which will carry us through October, November and December. We'll be moving from finding the spark → feeding the fire → taking action → keeping it burning, creating a gentle but intentional journey towards the end of the year. I'll be sharing more about the full 12-week challenge separately on You Tube and Patreon, so make sure you're following along. For now, grab your journal, give yourself a little space and ask yourself: Until next time, keep your ember glowing. 🧡 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F 12 week goal challenge https://youtu.be/RqrPuPxjmoY?is=gj12r0LseWUM2XN2 Patreon goal challenge https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner/posts/171533225

Ep. 27 - Journal with me | 3rd Quarter Review

Week 5 — Q3 Review This week, we're turning our attention backwards and taking an honest look at the third quarter of the year. Rather than simply asking ourselves what we achieved, we're getting into the nitty-gritty of where our time and energy actually went, what worked, what didn't, and what this season has taught us. It's a chance to pause before we rush into the final three months of the year, to recognise the things we're proud of, acknowledge what perhaps needs to change, and gather the lessons that Q3 has left us with. We'll also use our reflections to start thinking about what deserves our energy as we move into Q4. We'll explore: Looking honestly at the quarter we've just lived The difference between our intentions and what actually happened Where our time, energy and attention went Recognising the wins we might have overlooked Learning from the things that didn't work Using what we've learned to approach Q4 with more intention The full journaling prompts and guidance notes are available inside Journal Club on Patreon. If you'd like to journal along with the complete session, come and join us over on Patreon, where you'll find all of this month's prompts and the full September journaling journey. And as we close September, I'll leave you with one question to carry into the week: Knowing everything I know now, what deserves my energy next? Thank you for spending September with me. #journalprompts #journaling 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 26 journal with me - finding what lights you up | the in-between

Journal with me: The Spark | the In Between We've spent the last few weeks noticing where we are, recalibrating our direction and opening ourselves up to new possibilities. This week, we're bringing those ideas a little closer as we explore The Spark. It's one thing to imagine what could be possible, but how do we decide which dreams and desires are worth pursuing? And what would it look like to start taking our own ambitions seriously? As we approach the final quarter of the year, this is an opportunity to recognise what matters to us and begin thinking about where we're ready to direct our energy. Which of our possibilities feels most important to us right now What we might need to release to make room for something new The discomfort and uncertainty we're willing to embrace What it means to take our own ambitions seriously What we'd choose to dedicate the final three months of the year to Our prompts will help us move beyond simply imagining what could be possible and begin exploring what we're genuinely ready to pursue. We're not creating a detailed action plan just yet. Instead, we're giving ourselves permission to choose what matters and acknowledge the things we're willing to show up for. You don't have to see the whole staircase to take the first step. You don't need every detail figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply deciding that something matters enough to give it your attention. 📌 Connect with us: Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 25 Journal with me : giving ourselves permission to explore our possibilities | The In-between

Journal Club: Possibility | In-between— Week 3 So far, we've paused to notice where we are and then taken a closer look at the direction we're travelling in. This week, we turn our attention towards what could be next. Rather than jumping straight into goals or asking ourselves how we're going to make things happen, we're giving ourselves permission to explore our desires, dreams and possibilities without needing all the answers. Sometimes we need to imagine what's possible before we can begin to create it. The desires that keep quietly returning to us What we'd choose if we weren't worried about being realistic The parts of ourselves we're ready to give more room to What we'd love the final months of the year to look like What we're ready to call in — and why it matters This week's journaling is about getting curious rather than creating a plan. You don't need to know the how yet. 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 24 Journal with me I Recalibrate - does the direction we're travelling in still feels right?

Recalibrate | Week 2 Last week, we stood at The Threshold, taking a moment to notice where we are and what has been shifting. This week, we take the next step and recalibrate. As we move towards the final stretch of the year, it’s a good time to pause and ask whether the direction we're travelling in still feels right. Not because we've failed or need to start again, but because our priorities, desires and circumstances can change. Sometimes we don't need a reset. We just need to adjust our route. What has become more important to us this year Where we're spending energy that may no longer feel worthwhile The things we're pursuing because we genuinely want them — versus what we feel we should want Where a small but meaningful adjustment could make a difference Where we want to intentionally direct our energy for the rest of the year The prompts are designed to help you look honestly at your current direction without turning the process into another list of things to fix. You might discover that you're exactly where you want to be. You might realise you've drifted slightly. Or you may find that something you once wanted simply isn't right for you anymore. All of those realisations are useful. You don't need to start again. Sometimes you simply need to change direction. Take some time this week to sit with what you've discovered and notice what feels different. Next week, we'll move into Possibility — opening ourselves up to what could be possible when we stop immediately asking “How?” and allow ourselves to imagine “What if?” 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 23 Journal with me : Threshold, working out where you are | The In-between

Our first week is all about standing at the threshold. We'll take a moment to look at where we are right now, what has changed since the beginning of the year, what feels unfinished, what we're beginning to see more clearly and what we might be quietly outgrowing. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or decide what comes next. This week is simply about noticing. What feels different about you now compared with the beginning of the year The things that still feel unfinished What you're beginning to see more clearly What you might be outgrowing What possibilities you could be open to as you enter this next season As you journal, remember that you don't need to turn every realisation into an action plan. Sometimes simply becoming aware of where you are is the first step towards knowing where you want to go. Before we can decide where we're going, it helps to know where we're actually starting from. Give yourself permission to pause at the threshold this week. Look back. Look around. Notice what is beginning to shift. 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 22 Journal with me : Radiate & shine from within | Radiance

Radiance – Week 4: Let Yourself Radiate Welcome to the final episode of our Radiance journaling journey! A little heads-up before we begin, I'm battling a rather annoying cold and cough this week, so my voice is sounding a little more husky than usual! 😂 Hopefully you'll bear with me while I finish our Radiance journey together. This week, we're bringing everything we've explored this month together and turning our attention towards who we are and how we want to show up in the world. It's easy to become so focused on who we're still becoming that we forget to celebrate who we already are. This episode is about recognising our growth, embracing the qualities that make us who we are and giving ourselves permission to take up a little more space. You don't need to wait until you're more confident, successful or “ready” to let yourself shine. Celebrating how far we've come, beyond just our achievements. Recognising the qualities and parts of ourselves we're proud of. Exploring where we might be holding ourselves back. Giving ourselves permission to be seen and take up space. Letting go of the idea that we need to become someone else before we're enough. Carrying the energy of Radiance beyond August. Ready to take this final theme a little deeper? The full Week 4 journal prompts are available inside Journal Club on Patreon, where we explore each week's theme through guided journaling and reflection. It's also a space to share your thoughts, celebrate your wins and connect with other people journaling alongside you. As you close out this month's journey, take a moment to sit with: What would it look like to let myself radiate a little more? Not for anyone else. Not because you need to prove anything. Just because you deserve to experience the fullest, happiest, most authentic version of your own life. You don't need to become someone else to shine. You just need to give yourself permission to be fully you. Thank you so much for joining me throughout our Radiance journey this month. I hope you've found a little more space for joy, self-care, fun and simply enjoying the life you're creating. If you've enjoyed the series, don't forget to follow the podcast and leave a review, it really helps more people find our little journaling community. Ep. 21 Journal with me : Nourish & restore yourself | Radiance

Radiance Series – Week 3: Nourish & Restore What if self-care wasn't another thing to achieve, but simply a way of listening to what we need? This week in our Radiance journaling journey, we're exploring what it really means to nourish and restore ourselves. We're moving beyond the idea that self-care is something we do when we've finished everything else, and instead looking at how we can make caring for ourselves part of everyday life. We often give our time, energy and attention so freely to other people, our work and our goals. But when was the last time you stopped and asked yourself what you need? This episode is an invitation to pause, listen and consider what being genuinely well looks and feels like for you. What self-care really means beyond pampering and treats. Recognising the signs that we're feeling well, rested and connected to ourselves. Why we don't need to wait until we're exhausted before we rest. The importance of listening to our needs before they become urgent. Giving ourselves permission to receive support and care. Making ourselves a priority without feeling selfish. Why self-care doesn't need to become another goal or task on our to-do list. Ready to explore this week's theme more deeply? The full Week 3 journal prompts are available inside Journal Club on Patreon, where we take each week's theme further through guided journaling and reflection. Journal Club is also a space to share your thoughts, connect with other journalers and take some intentional time for yourself each week. Rather than adding another task to your list, choose one small act of care this week simply because you need it or because it feels good. Rest. Take a slow morning. Go for a walk. Ask for help. Read your book. Have an early night. No productivity attached. No reason required. Just care. You don't have to earn your own care. If you enjoyed today's episode, don't forget to follow the podcast and leave a review. It really helps more people discover our little journaling community. Thank you for being here, and I'll see you next week for the final part of our Radiance journey. Ep.20 Journal with me : Solar Eclipse | Romanticise everyday | Radiance

Week 2: Romanticise Your Everyday What if we stopped waiting for life to feel special and started noticing the beauty that's already here? This week in our Radiance journaling journey, we're exploring the idea of romanticising our everyday lives, not by pretending everything is perfect, but by slowing down enough to appreciate the little moments that make life feel good. We're often so focused on our goals and the future we're working towards that we forget to enjoy the present. This episode is a reminder that you don't need to wait until you've achieved everything on your list to have fun, rest, celebrate or create beautiful moments. What it really means to romanticise your everyday life. Finding joy in the small, ordinary moments. How slowing down can change the way we experience our daily routines. Giving yourself permission to enjoy life while still working towards your goals. Creating simple rituals that make everyday life feel more meaningful. Why you don't have to wait for a special occasion to celebrate your life. Ready to take this conversation a little deeper? The full Week 2 journal prompts are available inside Journal Club on Patreon, where we explore each week's theme together through guided journaling and reflection. And because we're experiencing a solar eclipse today, I've also added some extra eclipse journal prompts for you to enjoy for free on Patreon. 🌑✨ Eclipses have long been associated with moments of change, transition and new beginnings, making them a lovely opportunity to pause and reflect on what you're ready to release, what you're being invited towards and what you want this next chapter to feel like. You don't need to attach any particular meaning to the eclipse — simply use it as a natural moment to pause, look inward and check in with yourself. [Find the free Solar Eclipse Journal Prompts on Patreon →] Choose one ordinary moment this week and make it feel special. Slow down. Put your phone away. Add something that makes you happy and allow yourself to really be there for it. You don't need a perfect life to enjoy your life. You are allowed to enjoy the life you're creating. If you enjoyed today's episode, don't forget to follow the podcast and leave a review. It really helps more people discover our little journaling community. Ep. 19 Journal with me : Find what brings you joy | Glow from within | Radiance

Radiance – Week 1: Glow From Within Welcome to the first episode of our August journaling series, Radiance. This month, we're taking a gentle step away from the constant pursuit of productivity and making space to reconnect with ourselves. Ep. 17 - Journal With Me: Creating Growth | Flourish

Flourish | Week 4: Creating the Conditions for Growth Welcome back to our Flourish series. Over the past few weeks, we've reflected on our journey, learned to trust our own pace, and celebrated the things that are already blooming in our lives. This week, we're exploring something that often goes unnoticed—the conditions that allow growth to happen. Just like a garden needs sunlight, water and care, we also need the right environment to thrive. Our daily habits, our relationships, our boundaries and the way we speak to ourselves all play a part in helping us flourish. In this episode, we're taking a closer look at the small, intentional choices that support lasting growth. Rather than asking ourselves to do more, we'll explore how creating the right conditions can help us feel more balanced, grounded and aligned with the life we're building. Why growth starts with the environment we create. Recognising what helps us thrive and what drains our energy. The role of habits, boundaries and self-care in personal growth. How small daily choices shape our future. Creating space for what truly matters. Nurturing ourselves with patience and intention. If you'd like to explore this week's theme more deeply, I've created a guided journaling post over on Patreon, including thoughtful prompts, guidance notes designed to help you reflect and put these ideas into practice. For just £3 a month, you'll receive access to weekly journal prompts, our monthly journaling themes, and become part of our wonderful Journal Club community. I'd love to have you join us as we continue to grow together. Thank you so much for listening. If you enjoyed today's episode, I'd really appreciate it if you left a review or shared it with someone who might need this reminder. Every share helps our community continue to grow, and I'm so grateful you're here. Next week, we'll bring our Flourish journey together as we reflect on everything we've planted throughout the month and look ahead to the season that's waiting for us. Until then, keep nurturing yourself, trust your own journey, and remember... Ep.16 - Journal With Me: Celebrate what's working | Flourish

Flourish | In Full Bloom – Celebrating What's Working Welcome back to our Flourish series. This week, we're taking a break from focusing on what's next and instead turning our attention to what's already blooming. So often, we're quick to notice what still needs fixing or improving, but how often do we stop to celebrate the life we're creating right now? In this episode, we're exploring the power of recognising our progress, appreciating the quiet moments of joy, and acknowledging the strengths that have carried us this far. Flourishing isn't about waiting until everything is perfect—it's about learning to see the beauty in the season you're already living. Together, we'll discover how celebrating what's working can shift our perspective, boost our confidence, and help us continue growing with gratitude rather than pressure. Why we often overlook our own progress. Learning to celebrate the ordinary moments that make life meaningful. Recognising the strengths that have helped us grow. Finding joy in the present instead of always chasing the future. Creating a mindset of gratitude and appreciation. Understanding that flourishing is happening every day, even in small ways. What am I overlooking because it feels ordinary? Where in my life am I already flourishing? What strengths have helped me get to where I am today? What moments have brought me genuine joy recently? What would I like more of in my life? If someone who loved me described me today, what would they say is blooming within me? This week, ask yourself: What if I celebrated my progress as much as I noticed my imperfections? Sometimes the greatest shift doesn't come from changing our lives, it comes from changing what we choose to notice. Thank you so much for listening. If this episode encouraged you to pause and appreciate how far you've come, I'd love it if you left a review or shared it with a friend who could use the reminder. Ep. 15 - Journal With Me: Trusting your pace | Flourish

Flourish | Week 2: Rooted & Growing – Trusting Your Pace Welcome back to our Flourish series. This week, we're exploring something many of us struggle with: the pressure to keep up. Whether it's social media, career milestones, personal goals or simply the expectations we place on ourselves, it's easy to feel like we're falling behind. But what if you're not behind at all? In this episode, we're slowing things down and reflecting on what it means to trust your own journey. Just like every flower blooms in its own season, we all grow at different speeds—and that's exactly how it's meant to be. Together, we'll explore how comparison steals our joy, why growth can't be rushed, and how we can begin embracing our own unique pace with confidence and compassion. Why comparison often leaves us feeling "behind." The importance of trusting your own timeline. How to recognise the quiet signs of personal growth. Letting go of unrealistic expectations. Defining success on your own terms. Creating space to enjoy the journey instead of constantly chasing the destination. Where in my life do I feel like I'm rushing? Whose timeline am I comparing myself to? What evidence do I already have that I'm growing? If I trusted my own timing completely, how would I show up differently? What season am I in right now? What does flourishing at my own pace actually look like? One of the most powerful questions you can ask yourself this week is: "What if nothing has gone wrong?" What if you're not behind... What if you're simply growing at the pace your life needs right now? Sometimes the greatest act of self-care isn't pushing yourself to do more, it's trusting that where you are today is exactly where you need to be. Thank you so much for listening. If this episode resonated with you, I'd love it if you left a review or shared it with someone who needs the reminder that they don't have to rush through life. Every share helps our journaling community continue to grow, and I'm so grateful you're part of it. Next week, we'll continue our Flourish journey by celebrating what's already blooming in our lives. We'll be shifting our focus from where we're going to appreciating just how much is already going well. Until then, keep growing gently, trust your own pace, and remember... You are not behind. You are becoming. 🌿 Join our journal club for £3 per month here - Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

    Ep. 14 Q2 Reflection | Flourish

Flourish | Week 1: Reflecting on Growth – Your Q2 Review Welcome to the first episode of our new monthly journaling theme, Flourish. Before we step fully into a new season of growth, we're taking a moment to pause and reflect on everything the past three months have brought us. This episode is your invitation to celebrate your progress, uncover valuable lessons, and recognise the quieter moments of growth that are so often overlooked. A quarterly review isn't about measuring your worth by your productivity or ticking off every goal on your list. Instead, it's an opportunity to look back with compassion, notice the patterns that have shaped your journey, and carry those insights with you into the months ahead. Together, we'll explore how reflection can help us flourish, not by pushing harder, but by understanding ourselves more deeply. Why quarterly reviews are one of the most valuable journaling practices. Celebrating both the big milestones and the quiet victories. Recognising the lessons hidden within challenges. Identifying what energises you and what leaves you feeling depleted. Looking for patterns that can guide your next steps. Setting intentions for Q3 based on insight rather than pressure. What am I most proud of from the past three months? What surprised me about myself this quarter? What drained my energy, and what helped me flourish? If Q2 was trying to teach me something, what would the lesson be? What seeds have I planted that are beginning to bloom? What do I want to carry into Q3? Create your own Flourishing Garden. Draw a flower pot, garden bed, or tree and fill the roots with the qualities that have supported your growth this quarter. Then add flowers, leaves, or blooms to represent the progress you've made, finishing with a few unopened buds for the dreams and intentions you're nurturing for Q3. Thank you for listening. If you enjoyed today's episode, I'd love it if you shared it with a fellow journal lover or left a review, it really helps more people discover the podcast and join our growing community. Until next time, keep growing gently, trust your own pace, and remember... Flourishing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about allowing yourself to fully bloom into who you already are. 🌿 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 13 - Journal With Me: Move Forward | Reset your Direction

Reset Your Direction: Move Forward | Week 4 Welcome to the final week of our journaling theme, Reset Your Direction. Over the past month, we've explored where we want to go, how to build momentum, and what it looks like to take action towards a life that feels more aligned. This week, we're bringing everything together. Because growth isn't just about what we achieve, it's about who we become along the way. In this episode, we're exploring the power of self-trust, recognising the progress we've already made, and learning how to move forward as the person we're becoming rather than waiting until we feel "ready." ✨ Why your future self isn't waiting for you at the finish line ✨ How to recognise the growth that's already happening ✨ The difference between becoming and achieving ✨ What you might be ready to leave behind as you enter a new season ✨ The power of making a promise to yourself This week is an invitation to stop looking at your future self as someone distant. Instead, we'll explore how the choices you make today are already shaping the person you're becoming. What if confidence isn't something you find? What if it's something you build? What if the version of you you're waiting to become is already emerging through the way you're showing up each day? You can find the full Week 4 prompts, guidance notes and creative exercise inside your journal or over on Patreon. Move through them slowly, honestly, and without pressure to have perfect answers. If you've enjoyed this month's theme and would like to journal along with us each week, you'll find all of the prompts and journal club resources over on Patreon. You don't need to become someone new to move forward. You simply need to continue becoming more of yourself. Thank you for spending this month with me and for continuing to show up for yourself in this space. I hope this month reminded you that direction is more important than speed, and that there is beauty in becoming slowly. I'll speak to you soon ♡ 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep. 12 Take the next step | Reset your Direction

Reset Your Direction: Take The Next Step Over the past two weeks, we've explored where we want to go and how to begin building momentum towards that vision. This week, we're taking things one step further. Because there comes a point where reflection, planning and intention need to become action. Not huge, life-changing action. Just the next step. Because so often the thing standing between us and meaningful change isn't a lack of clarity. It's waiting. Waiting until we feel more confident, more prepared, more certain, or more ready. This episode is an invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start exploring what action looks like from where you are today. Why taking action often feels harder than making plans The hidden ways we delay our own progress How fear, perfectionism and overthinking can keep us stuck Why the next step matters more than the entire roadmap Learning to trust yourself as you move forward You do not need to see the whole path before you begin. This week is about identifying what is available to you right now and finding the courage to move towards it. Progress is rarely built through giant leaps. It's built through small actions taken consistently over time. You can find the full Weeks prompts and guidance notes over in our Journal club on Patreon, see the link below. Thank you for spending this time with me and for continuing to show up for yourself in this space. I hope this week's episode has encouraged you to trust yourself a little more, overthink a little less, and remember that clarity often comes through action. I'll speak to you soon ♡ 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

ep. 11 Build Momentum With Intention | Week 2

Reset Your Direction: Build Momentum With Intention | Week 2 Welcome to Week 2 of our journaling theme, Reset Your Direction. Last week, we focused on something powerful: choosing a direction. We explored where you feel called to grow, what’s been pulling at your attention, and the areas of your life that feel ready for change. But once we’ve chosen a direction, a new question naturally appears: How do I actually start moving? This is where many people get stuck. Not because they don’t know what they want, but because they believe they need the perfect plan, more confidence, or complete certainty before they begin. This week is about gently challenging that belief. Because momentum doesn’t come from having everything figured out. It comes from movement. Why knowing your direction is only the first step The difference between waiting for motivation and building momentum How small actions create real, lasting change Why progress often feels simpler than we expect How to reconnect with trust in yourself when starting feels hard This week is not about doing everything. It’s about doing the next thing. One small step. One intentional choice. One moment of movement in the direction you already know feels right. Because momentum isn’t built through pressure or perfection. It’s built through consistency, gentleness, and action that feels doable right now. What does momentum mean to you? What is one small action that would move you closer to your chosen direction? What tends to stop you from taking action? What would progress look like if it felt simple? What evidence do you already have that you can do hard things? If your future self could give you one piece of advice, what would it be? You don’t need more time. You don’t need more confidence. You don’t need a perfect plan. You only need to begin. Momentum is created when you choose to take the next step, exactly as you are. 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F

Ep 10 - Choose your Direction | Reset your Direction

Reset Your Direction: Choose Your Direction | Week 1 Welcome to the first week of our journaling theme, Reset Your Direction. As we reach the halfway point of the year, it's easy to find ourselves moving through life on autopilot. The goals we set months ago may no longer feel aligned, routines can become automatic, and sometimes we realise we've been so focused on keeping up that we've forgotten to ask ourselves where we're actually heading. This week is an invitation to pause and reconnect with what matters most. Not by creating a perfect plan or setting ambitious goals, but by exploring what is calling for your attention right now. Together, we'll reflect on where you're craving change, what you've been circling around but not committing to, and how to identify the direction that feels most aligned with the next chapter of your life. Because clarity doesn't always come before movement. Sometimes it comes because of it. Why feeling stuck often has more to do with indecision than lack of motivation The importance of choosing a direction before creating a plan How to identify what is truly calling for your attention Letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out Trusting yourself to take the next step, even without certainty Ask yourself: What direction am I choosing for this next season of my life? You don't need the whole roadmap. You only need the courage to take the next step. Where in your life are you craving change most? What have you been circling around but not committing to? If you could only focus on one thing for the next three months, what would it be? What would make the second half of this year feel meaningful? What is one decision you've been avoiding? What direction feels exciting, even if it also feels a little scary? You don't need certainty to move forward. You don't need a perfect plan. You don't need to know exactly where the path leads. You simply need to choose a direction that feels true to you and be willing to take the first step. Thank you for listening, and I'll see you next week as we explore Build Momentum With Intention. 📌 Connect with us: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lifestyledplanner Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lifestyledplanner YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LIFEstyledplanner Website: https://www.lifestyledplanner.com Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/LIFEstyledplanner Pinterest : https://pin.it/32Hw2VD4F
