Every episode focuses on one queer founder who built a successful business in a language that wasn't their first, in a market that sometimes had no word yet for what they were making.

I ask them one question about one decision, the kind that never makes the interview or the pitch deck. 

The formula is straightforward: fifteen minutes, one main question. At the end, always the same ask: knowing everything you went through now — would you do it again?
