Un récit initiatique, conte de fées funeste, qui suit le destin d’Anita Black au siècle dernier.
Une odyssée fantastique entre Paris, New York et Londres, au cours de laquelle l’héroïne, malmenée par la vie mais bien décidée à prendre son destin en main, va croiser toute une galerie de freaks sur sa route. Anita va se battre pour survivre … puis se battre pour être libre.
