    Paul Waggoner (BTBAM, Nightflyer Roastworks)

On this week's episode I'm joined by Paul Waggoner, guitarist of Between the Buried and Me and founder/head roaster of Nightflyer Roastworks in Charlotte, NC. We spend some time talking about the coffee industry, Paul's introduction to specialty coffee, BTBAM's upcoming tour, and the things he's missed the most about playing live shows. During the episode Paul was drinking a Nightflyer Roastworks original from the farm Coco Caja in Ecuador. I was enjoying a washed Guji Ethiopian roast from Hubert St-Jean. The Coco Caja has sweet sugary notes while the Guji bean was strong note of berry with honey and tea notes.
