Four Things I Learned from John Maxwell

Over the weekend I got to sit in the front row with my longtime mentor John Maxwell. He’s one of my favorite leadership role models and he’s written nearly 100 books! I'm sharing the lessons that hit me hardest, like redefining failure and why you can't help others grow until you're growing yourself. I also share a little about my own morning practice for staying grounded no matter how full my plate gets.
