A Return to Teaching: The Spring 2023 Edition

I define myself as a teacher, not a professor, an academic or a researcher, and there is nothing else that I would rather do. Every spring, ahead of teaching my classes at Stern, I invite people to come along for the ride. In spring 2023, I will be teaching valuation (identical classes to the MBAs and undergrads) and corporate finance to the MBAs. While you have to be a Stern student to physically sit in on the classes, you can take my classes online, with a choice of formats. 1. You can follow along with my regular classes, watching the recorded sessions, reviewing the slides and even taking the tests/exams. 2. You can take the online versions of these classes, where I compress my 80-minute sessions into 12-15 minute sessions, again with slides and supporting material. Both formats are free, but you will not get NYU credit or certification, if that is what you seek. NYU offers three of my classes as certificate classes, but you have to pay NYU prices for that privilege.
