From the sexual assault allegations involving Cornell fraternity members to the ongoing fight over reproductive rights, we're asking some uncomfortable questions: Why are women still fighting to be believed? Why does accountability feel optional? And why are we taught how to protect ourselves instead of teaching others not to harm us? We're talking consent, systemic failures, the fear that comes with raising daughters, postpartum care in America, and the exhausting expectations placed on women simply trying to exist. Apparently, the girls are growing. Who allowed that? 💋 This week, we’re catching up on everything from getting back into running and finding ourselves outside of relationships to post-GLP life, burnout, gratitude, and learning how to actually enjoy where you are while you’re there. Of course, none of that happens without a little chaos. There are cupcakes being rationed, a lawn chair that chose violence, questionable decisions, girls’ nights, and yet another carefully planned topic list that we barely touched. But somewhere between all the side quests, we get into the real stuff: heartbreak, friendship, letting the people you love learn their own lessons, knowing when to give advice and when to just listen, and the mildly horrifying realization that maybe… this is growth? Plus, we catch up on what we’re watching because apparently we remembered the list eventually. The Girls Are Talking: Housewives, Premonitions & Lotion Boy Episode 2 and apparently we had a LOT to discuss. 😂 This week, Danielle catches us up on work, relationships, getting back into a routine, and learning to trust herself a little more. Then we get into our very necessary Housewives opinions — because obviously — including who we love, who needs a break, and who's doing just a little too much for the cameras. Then things get weird. We're talking vivid dreams, déjà vu, dreams that somehow predicted real-life events, Disneyland planning, kids saying absolutely unhinged things, hot yoga, concert chaos, and somehow… Lotion Boy. If you don't know, you will. 💀 A couple of things we'd like to state for the record: No, Janessa did not record this episode from inside a Catholic church. ⛪️ Danielle discovered after recording that the headphones she was positive were plugged in were, in fact, not plugged in. We tried to fix it. We fought the echo. The echo won. And despite what you may hear, Janessa did NOT tell her child to cuss out another kid, nor did she seek said child out on the schoolyard to personally defend her little baby boy.
