I know Jacob Cormier from back in the day. We started training Parkour together and tried for a long time to be better. Jacob kept on going and I consider him to be one of the best examples that perseverance trumps everything else. For a long time, he struggled to improve to a high level in Parkour. But after years of non-stop dedication, something happened. All of a sudden, he started jumping on rooftops. He started doing big flips outside, and his flow improved 20-fold. He did all that while battling with his min on many fronts. I wanted to talk to Jacob because his story is a reminder to me that anything is really possible if one is willing to put in the work and never give up. I love stories like that, especially when they are real.
