James talks about his own ADHD diagnosis and what it was like being under pressure on a TV show that's all about keeping secrets. James talks about how he managed his ADHD while playing the game, getting to know the other contestants and dealing with the isolation.
James' positive attitude to life and to his ADHD make for a really fun episode, which lifts the curtain on life in the castle.
