When I was younger I lived so much of life trying to become ‘the best version of myself’... and it actually seemed to make things worse. I struggled with how I viewed my body, I often got lost in comparison, and my relationships with myself and others suffered as a side effect.

Nowadays, I feel less reactive to the world around me. I’ve made peace with my body and food, and I’ve consciously built a life that feels intentional and aligned. Today I’m sharing the external, internal, and relational shifts I made over time to get to this beautiful space I’m so grateful to be in now.

Today on WithIn:

  • My daily external priorities: meditation, sobriety, sleep, and food

  • Learning to regulate your emotions while still making room to feel them

  • Removing the noise of comparison from your life

  • Intentionally balancing your energy

  • Accepting the truth that you will disappoint people in life - and that’s okay

  • Making room for a sense of purpose and meaning in your life
