Introducing... Mockery Manor!

Hello! I’m here today to introduce you to a podcast I love: Mockery Manor. Created by Lindsay Sharman and Laurence Owen, Mockery Manor is a mystery thriller set in an 80s theme park. (Coincidentally, we’re also both performing at London Podcast Festival on the 6th September, so you can come and see both of us in a single day!) Mockery Manor follows twins JJ and Bette as they find themselves embroiled in a series of bloody and increasingly personal murders. It’s a show that really scratches that deep-lore itch, and if you’re a theme park fan, there are references galore. Whether you’re travelling on the Heart of Darkness River Adventure in Empireland or eating at the Unidentified Frying Objects Diner in Roswell, Mockery Manor has it all. And by all, I do mean a rapidly increasing body-count. And, of course, each land has its own theme music and scores, lovingly composed by Laurence Owen, and the music the characters listen to throughout is all original - although some of it seemed so familiar it had me googling! Mockery Manor Season 4 begins releasing today! There are three seasons out already but much like Space Junk, it’s best if you start with episode one.
