Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda

Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda What happens when life reminds you that you're not in control? After historic flooding devastated communities across central Indiana, this episode wrestles with a question that reaches far beyond the floodwaters: Do we really trust God—or do we only trust Him when life is going where we think it should? We say, “Here am I, Lord, send me,” but too often we add our own conditions. We say, “Jesus, take the wheel,” but then we start steering with our knees. In this episode of Unleashed, we talk about trusting God, surrendering control, following the leading of the Holy Spirit, and learning to stop “shoulding” on ourselves. What's the difference between faith and passivity? Between wisdom and fear? How do we do what's ours to do while trusting God with what isn't? Faith isn't doing nothing and calling it trust. Faith is doing what God has put in your hands—and trusting Him with what He hasn't. You can't control tomorrow, so stop sacrificing today trying to. You go. You do. You live. No more shoulda, woulda, coulda. And for those of you who remember me from my years in music, I've put together a brand-new original song specifically for this episode. Stay through the end to hear “Shoulda Woulda Coulda.” Scripture: Isaiah 6:8, Isaiah 43:2, John 10:10

Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda

What happens when life reminds you that you're not in control?

After historic flooding devastated communities across central Indiana, this episode wrestles with a question that reaches far beyond the floodwaters:

Do we really trust God—or do we only trust Him when life is going where we think it should?

Stay through the end to hear “Shoulda Woulda Coulda.”
