On the very first episode of Shooters Gotta Shoot, Molly somehow manages to get recruited for therapy and Erica gets unsolicited dating advice from a southern Uber driver. At 17:25 it's The Rules according to Erica & Molly. They breakdown The Rule: "Don't Talk to a Man First and Don't Ask Him to Dance" and Erica explains her go to move in college.
