What if the place you’ve been running from is the very place you’re safe to come home to?
In Week 4 of The Missing Peace, Pastor Tim Ross takes us to one of Jesus’ most powerful stories in Luke 15, the story of the prodigal son. After asking for his inheritance early, leaving home, and spending everything he had, the son found himself broken, empty, and far from where he started. But when he finally decided to go home, he discovered something he never expected: his father had been waiting for him. Once you’re a son, you’re always a son. Once you’re a daughter, you’re always a daughter.
Whether you’ve wandered far away or you’ve been close but living like you don't belong, the invitation is the same: Come home.
You don't have to clean yourself up first. You don't have to earn your way back. You're safe to come home.
