All the Exes in a Row is a bright modern pop / dance-pop track with theatrical energy, disco-flavored touches and a huge sing-along chorus. The story follows a woman attending her ex-girlfriend’s wedding, only to discover that she has been seated at the same table as seemingly every other ex.
What begins as an awkward situation quickly turns into an unexpectedly joyful and ridiculous celebration filled with champagne, shared stories and the realization that the whole thing is simply too funny to hurt anymore.
The arrangement blends elements of glam-pop, nu-disco and theatrical pop, with conversational verses, expressive melodic vocals and playful group-style responses in the final chorus.
