Katie Arnold is a contributing editor at Outside magazine where she has been on staff for twelve years. Running Home: A Memoir is her first book and we're talking all about it today. It explores Katie's relationship with running and with her father after the two converged after he died in 2010. The book is a powerful story of how she grieves her father and how running and the wilderness healed her.
