SPECIAL: Secrets from a Facebook Ad Support Rep

As you may know, I'm on a mini- family holiday this week, so in lieu of a regular episode, we're playing this. A couple of months ago, I interviewed a real Facebook ad support rep. One of the people you are on the other end of a chat window with when things go south.

This was not a Facebook-sanctioned interview, so we agreed to keep this person's identity confidential — we did, however, independently confirm that he is who he says he is, and does what he says he does.

I thought it was an eye-opening look behind the magic curtain there, and I hope you enjoy it too.
