We met at the start of the year in a wonderful soul led business women event in Cork and I knew I wanted to learn more about her work and be in her energetic orbit! Check Ciara's bio below .... Ciara McDonnell is a spiritual guide, circle holder and creator of Aoibhneas Croí, a growing community for women who are choosing to live rooted in the joy of who they actually are. Her work lives at the intersection of the spiritual and the ordinary, weaving together somatic awareness, intuitive insight and the deep wisdom of the feminine. She has spent over a decade holding space for women in circle, one to one and in community, guiding them through the tender, necessary work of dismantling who they were conditioned to be and remembering who they have always been. She is a mother, a daughter, a sister, a devoted walker of forests, and someone who takes a deep breath every morning and puts her big girl's knickers on. She believes that women do not need fixing.
