Justice Beyond Symbolism.  The host for this show is Jay Fidell.  The guest is Danuta Palarczyk.

Transitional justice denotes holistic approaches to justice, encompassing both judicial and non-judicial solutions, that aid society in its path to recovery from mass atrocities. The field is shaped by universally acknowledged legal norms derived from human rights law, humanitarian law, and international criminal law. Through the designation of specifically tailored measures, accounting for the legal, political, social, cultural, and economic context(s) of violence, those initiatives attempt to provide the most appropriate approaches to justice.
